-Build and influence key stakeholder relationships internally and externally. -Support bidding activities and lead business improvement initiatives. -Develop and manage design in line with contractual requirements. -Collaborate with clients, design disciplines, and construction teams. -Champion sustainability and contribute to our net zero carbon goals. -Report progress and participate in client meetings and design workshops. -Manage design deliverables and oversee outputs from direct and indirect reports. -Implement training plans and continuous improvement strategies.
