Tasks

-Contacting material suppliers and subcontractors -Assisting in providing quantity take-offs and assembling of estimates -Assisting in material deliveries, problem resolutions, RFIs, project planning and closeout -Assisting in maintaining and updating the construction schedule -Special Accounts is involved with sales, estimating, project management, and the billings for these projects -Receiving, reviewing, and tracking show drawings, and other job correspondence/documents/files -Assisting on bid date in the assembling of estimates -Attending pre-bid meetings and job site walk-thru meetings
