Tasks

-Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system. -Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities to provide information and answer questions related to accounting activities. -Ensure accuracy of accounting entries -Order safety supplies and office supplies -Collect/receive invoices, tickets, receipts, and other documentation. -Manage and direct Administrative Assistants’ duties and tasks related to department functions -Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. -Assist with new hire processing at the job site

What You Bring

-Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook -Valid driver license for occasional, required travel -Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals -One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training
