Tasks

-Performs schedule and delay analysis and presents recovery recommendations to management -Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and Gilbane's Baseline Operations Playbook -Leads regular jobsite walks with the project team -Trains others and makes presentations regarding CPM methods and concepts -Accurately documents schedule basis in narrative identifying critical assumptions for internal use, GMP’s and Owner documentation -Assists project personnel with phasing / logistics plans -Participates in project pursuits and prepares fee proposals, RFP responses, presentation content, etc. -Conducts monthly schedule project audits -Provides oversight and notifications to management of any concerns regarding contract notice, delay, and proper documentation of project schedules -Develops or assists in training Project Managers and Superintendents on how to schedule and use scheduling software to manage work in the field -Evaluates schedules and updates prepared by others and makes recommendations as to their completeness, accuracy, and representation as to project status -Communicates with Owner to assure customer satisfaction or implements corrective action when needed -Coaches and mentors less experienced scheduling and project team employees in administrative tasks related to scheduling -Ensures that project teams are aware of and properly responds to risks relative to schedule and delay -Prepares Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule -Produces project schedule narratives prior to submission to Owner on a monthly basis

You’re someone who identifies opportunities for new and improved ways of doing things that result in value-add solutions. -Self Sufficient in scheduling software's, including but not limited to Primavera, Microsoft Project, Touchplan, Hoylu, Netpoint etc. -4-12 years relevant experience -Self Sufficient in Document Control and Office software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office -Or equivalent combination of education and experience -Have a thorough understanding of Lean Construction Techniques -Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field -Complete understanding of scheduling principals and methodologies to include, Critical path Method, Last Planner, etc.
