Tasks

-Lead and manage bridge and heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout -Work closely with DOT and public agency stakeholders to maintain project alignment and quality -Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards -Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and subcontractors -Oversee contract administration and change order management -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control procedures -Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient communication and execution

What You Bring

-Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in heavy civil and bridge project management -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills -Proven track record delivering VDOT or DOT-related infrastructure projects -Strong knowledge of construction contracts (VDOT specs preferred), scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and cost tracking tools -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
