Tasks

-Develop manufacturing processes for new products. -Update existing devices with new materials/components due to supply chain changes. -Mentor technicians and junior engineers. -Participate in quality system activities such as design controls, risk management, and verification/validation. -Manage engineering change orders (ECOs). -Lead sub-teams within development projects. -Design and prototype new medical devices. -Oversee or conduct product testing to validate materials and suppliers.

What You Bring

-Experience in mechanical product design or injection molding design. -5-8 years of experience in product design and development. -Experience in new product development. -Strong experience in mechanical engineering with experience in medical device design. -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering. -Familiarity with ISO standards. -5+ years of experience with Inventor or SolidWorks, AutoCAD experience preferred.
