Tasks

This is a chance to take the lead on complex commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects - working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver technically excellent spaces that truly perform. -Ensure compliance with Building Regs and best practice guidance -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers -Undertake site inspections and ensure top-quality delivery -Develop interior + exterior details, bespoke joinery, and material specs -Prepare detailed technical drawing packages across all RIBA stages
