Collaborate with all groups to improve company processes, systems, and intellectual infrastructure to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Develop, monitor, and update project plans and schedules encompassing the entire engineering, procurement, construction, and qualification (EPCQ) life cycle.
Collaborate with estimating and cost control to resource and cost-load schedules as required.
Assure the credibility of the information in the master schedule.
Assist in developing alternatives for corrective action.
Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances, and assess impacts on the critical/near-critical path activities.
You will visit Client sites and will be required to adhere to stated safety rules.
Analyze schedule input from project partners, including clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors, to verify schedule durations and integrity as well as evaluate the logic and float paths.
Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of modern planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools including CPM, Last Planner, 4D, etc.
Ability to generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule performance metrics.
PMI, AACEI, or other industry certifications.
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and qualification (EPCQ) processes in the Construction Pharma/Bio-tech Industry
Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible depending on the assignment.
Knowledge of vPlanner, BIM 360, and other visual & collaborative planning tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 Planner, Microsoft Project as well as MS Office Suite programs (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.).
7+ years of experience as a construction planner/scheduler on facilities capital projects
Has understanding of engineering, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
BS degree in engineering or related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
