Overview

Design and coordination of electrical systems for infrastructure and industrial projects.

Tasks

-Reviews with Client, Vendor and Subcontractors. -Review of 3D Model using SPR or Navisworks and be a stakeholder in 30%, 50% and 90% Model. -System design, including concept sketches and layouts -Preparation of specifications and design calculations -Reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data by other engineers or by suppliers -Preparation of engineering studies and reports -Preparation or review of material quantity estimates

What You Bring

-Knowledge of preparation of load list, MCC schedule etc. -Experience in various electrical layouts like grounding, raceways and lighting etc. -Uses computer aided design/computer aided engineering (CAD/CAE) tools -Good knowledge of major industry or regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to the engineering discipline. -Technical knowledge of engineering systems, engineering calculations, applications of engineering methods and construction methods and materials, and application of computer aided engineering (CAE)/computer aided design (CAD) tools to engineering problems. -Knowledge of project controls within discipline. -Basic skill in oral and written communication. -Experience of preparing technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions and vendor print reviews for various electrical equipment. -A recognized bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering, from an accredited college or university with an overall experience of minimum 3 years.
