Perform residential electrical service calls, troubleshooting, sales and mentor apprentices.

Tasks

-Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services. -Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls. -Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

What You Bring

-Experience leading your own jobs or service calls. -High school diploma or equivalent -Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check. -Sales and estimating experience with a hunger to control your earning potential. -Journeyman License is preferred and required for sign-on bonus qualifications. -At least 3+ years of progressive experience and at least 1 year in residential electrical -A valid driver’s license and must be insurable.
