-Overseeing day to day field operations on tilt wall and ground up projects from start to finish -Direct oversight of roadways, parking lots, and tie in of civil scopes with vertical construction -Managing schedules, subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily reporting -Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality -Coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly -Leading subcontractor and owner meetings, addressing issues quickly, and keeping a forward looking schedule

-Record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and owners -10+ years as a Superintendent with both tilt wall and civil project history -Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget -Full scope civil experience including earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, utilities installation, storm drainage, and paving -Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication -Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects -Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field -Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases
