Operate heavy equipment on civil/highway sites, ensuring safety, maintenance, and material flow.

Tasks

-Observe the distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material. -Keep the work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap and excess materials. -Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers -Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner -Check filters and grease equipment -Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures -Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment.

What You Bring

-Must be reliable/have reliable transportation. -Communication Proficiency. -Stress Management/Composure. -Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment. -2-4 Years of Operating Experience Preferred. -Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
