-Working with external stakeholders to review and improve regulation. -Interpreting new guidance and regulations -Providing advice and guidance to those we regulate -Developing internal guidance. -Registering and supporting operators within the UK Emissions Trading Scheme -Taking enforcement action to bring operators/organisations back into compliance -Assessing compliance against energy efficiency/emissions reduction regulations
