Tasks

-Serves as a senior technical resource and may serve as technical advisor for team -Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements -Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise -Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables -Performs quality control review of traffic and ITS deliverables

What You Bring

-Experience in mentoring and training junior staff -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Familiarity with traffic engineering software such as Synchro, VISSIM, or HCS -BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education -PE license preferred -Expert in traffic engineering operational analyses -Knowledgeable in engineering design -Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills -Experience in project management including managing traffic engineering projects, client management, and contract management -Familiarity with ArcGIS or mapping software
