Tasks

You’ll lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. -Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for seamless execution. -Lead and mentor a team of designers. -Prepare BOQs, presentations, and project reports as needed. -Ensure all designs align with brand standards and timelines. -Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into creative design solutions. -Oversee end-to-end design execution — from client briefing, layout planning, material selection, to final handover.

This role requires someone who understands modern design sensibilities, site coordination, and team management. -Strong aesthetic sense, communication, and leadership skills. -Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. -Minimum 4–6 years of experience in residential or commercial interiors.
