Lead and manage architectural projects, overseeing client relations, budgets, and schedules.

Tasks

-Assist in leading and managing the project team and representing the firm to the client. -Communicate the client’s goals and develop the project work plan in the planning phase. -Manage schedules and budgets and provide updates through project management software. -Coordinate responses to client questions and maintain ongoing communication. -Take on increased responsibility in leadership, motivation, vision sharing, risk taking, and supporting the team.

What You Bring

-Strong client management and leadership skills. -Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field required. -Sustainability accreditation preferred. -Strong technical and presentation skills and commitment to design excellence. -Professional registration preferred. -Minimum seven years of architectural experience. -Healthcare project experience or familiarity with one of Flad’s markets preferred. -At least one year of recent project management experience with large scale facilities.
