Tasks

-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process -Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to support decision-making -Assist in organising and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs -Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process -Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and improve hiring processes -Assist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requests -Support the sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various positions -Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queries -Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter

-Discretion in handling confidential information -Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks -Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines -Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
