Tasks

-Adheres to all safety, sanitation and security standards -Handles customer complaints according to guidelines to ensure customer issues are resolved -Anticipates customers’ needs by being attentive to body language signs in order to add value to the customers’ experience and promote repeat business -Follows all standards for the quality execution of specific stations of responsibility -Continually communicates with manager to analyze and understand business needs -Follows all cash handling procedures safely and in accordance with company standards -Fosters positive relationships with teammates and customers

What You Bring

-Food retail or service industry experience preferred. -Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift -Able to tolerate exposure to all products without an allergic reaction or sensitivity. -Sound communication and interpersonal skills -Able to tolerate exposure to hot temperatures (above 32° C) throughout the shift -Enjoys keeping things clean and safe for customers and teammates -Able to move items up to 10 Kgs. for distances of up to 25 feet -Maintains knowledge of menu items and promotions -Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen and cleaning duties such as operating machinery and kitchen equipment -Able to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment -Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction expectations -Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 10 Kgs. to waist level -Able to tolerate exposure to chlorine sanitizing solution -GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects grades A-D
