Tasks

-Assist in the development of the bid submissions function ensuring consistent high-quality bids and continuous review and improvement to be industry leading. -Preparation of bid answer responses e.g. written answers, methodologies, process etc. -Record and manage bid issues – escalating where appropriate. -Ensure commonality across all bid submissions aligned with sector specific requirements -Organise bid meetings/workshops – recording and distributing actions enabling completion to agreed timescales. -Support the identification of winning bid strategies / themes / differentiation. -Provide coordination for business unit bid activity in accordance with the BMS. -Coordination of outsourced bid resources / external advisors / consultants in conjunction with the Bid Lead. -Assist the Bid Leader / Bid Manager / Bid Writer in compliance with the corporate bid approvals process. -Ensure bid strategies / themes / differentiation are incorporated into the final bid submissions. -Co-ordinate all bid activities in liaison with the Bid Team.
