-Provide strategic HSEQ leadership, governance, and risk oversight. -Promote a strong HSEQ culture through leadership, training, and engagement. -Drive continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and corrective actions. -Work alongside high-performing professionals in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment that values excellence. -Shape safety and quality excellence across Australia's most significant infrastructure projects. -Mentor and develop HSEQ professionals nationwide. -Oversee HSEQ reporting, documentation, and performance analytics. -Ensure compliance with legislation and client standards across jurisdictions. -Develop and implement RSGx's Integrated HSEQ Management System (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001). -Lead incident investigations and risk control strategies. -Partner with state-based HSEQ leads and project teams to embed safety and quality across all phases.
