Tasks

As an intern, you'll work closely with both the General Manager and Marketing Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with key initiatives—including the launch of an exciting new Loyalty Program and the opening of our 13th season at The Rink. -Support execution of seasonal events and promotions -Help implement and promote the new Loyalty Program platform -Create marketing materials using Canva -Support website updates and digital content coordination -Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the management team -Interact with tenants, vendors, and guests to ensure a seamless experience on property -Assist with day-to-day operations of The Rink -Contribute to planning meetings and recap documentation

MarketStreet Lynnfield is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for the fall/winter season. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, marketing, and operations at one of the region's premier retail and lifestyle destinations. -Reliable transportation to and from the property -Must be 18 years or older -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Familiar with Canva (for graphic design and promotional materials) -Ability to lift 25 pounds (for event setup and breakdown) -Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) is a plus -Comfortable with basic website interfaces (not required, but a plus) -Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Customer service mindset and interest in community-building -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
