Assists in creation and maintenance of project schedules.
Participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility; work with business development team to develop bid schedule.
Coordinate efforts with business development and operations teams to manage resources to meet project schedules.
Assists in supporting an environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Superintendents and Area Manager to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.
Assists Project Manager by running reports or compiling data in a helpful format.
Engage in safety and learn about the operational aspects of the business.
Assist Project Manager with gathering inputs for costing and estimating projects.
Assists in maintaining working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base.

Experience with construction, drilling or other trades is a plus, as is working in teams or collaborative environments.

AS Degree or related field or equivalent work experience in water well drilling or construction environment.
