Tasks

-Ensure every project meets high standards of quality and safety. -Support and mentor entry-level installers. -Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teammates to deliver top-quality work. -Install and seal roof attachments, racking systems, electronics, and solar panels. -Troubleshoot minor installation issues and maintain organized job sites. -Read and interpret installation plans and manuals.

What You Bring

-Ability to read drawings and work safely at heights. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. -1–3 years of residential solar or electrical installation experience. -Strong understanding of racking, inverters, and wiring.
