Tasks

-Stay updated on the best industry compliance frameworks and laws. -Assist the Corporate IT team -Oversee IT networks, storage, and end-user devices. -Act as the main IT liaison to Corporate IT at the India Office. -Conduct security audits and investigations for compliance and risk mitigation. -Align IT initiatives with business needs, optimizing technology investments. -Oversee IT support operations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and adherence to SLAs. -Provide 2nd-line support for business applications and software troubleshooting. -Administer Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows servers for optimal performance. -Train employees on IT systems and cybersecurity best practices. -Monitor and upgrade IT hardware and software for efficiency and security. -Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, ensuring a high-performance team. -Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices for security, software and hardware. -Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technology improvements. -Maintain a knowledge base of recurring IT issues and solutions. -Ensure that the guidelines, standards, and norms set by the corporate IT area are followed in the India office -Provide cybersecurity awareness training to employees. -Ensure the reliability of environments, telecommunication systems, and IT equipment. -Implement IT security policies, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. -Manage vendor contracts and ensure seamless integration of third-party IT solutions. -Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring timely support and resolution.
