Tasks

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support a Dispute Resolution team. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload, assisting with litigation, regulatory inquiries, and compliance matters, and working closely with internal departments and outside counsel. -Assist with litigation budgets and manage legal hold notices. -Maintain docket management systems and department databases. -Conduct legal research and handle confidential matters. -Respond to subpoenas and coordinate service of complaints and court filings. -Ensure compliance with company policies and global standards. -Gather and produce information for discovery and investigations.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -Minimum 3 years in a law firm or corporate legal department. -Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems. -Strong project management and critical thinking skills. -At least 1 year of litigation paralegal experience. -Experience with legal management systems (e.g., TeamConnect). -Paralegal certificate required. -Certified Legal Assistant or equivalent.
