Tasks

-Establish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipments -Lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into production -Expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc. -Creation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentation -Reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and execution

Demonstrated -Gap analysis comprehension, detection and, execution -8+ years of experience in the position -BS/BA in related discipline. -Advanced hands-on -Experienced in SAP, Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office -Bilingual English – Spanish (proeficent) -High sense of urgency -Goal oriented mindset -Excellent communication skills -Self-motivated and self-directed individual requiring minimum supervision
