Tasks

-Apply NEC, NFPA, and energy codes with fluency. -Lead the design of electrical systems using company standards and project-specific logic. -Attend client-facing meetings and lead documentation efforts. -Review shop drawings and provide redlines and mentorship to junior engineers. -Coordinate layouts for advanced electrical rooms and complex systems. -Support onboarding and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. -Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and ComCheck lighting compliance.

What You Bring

-Ability to mentor and review junior staff. -Strong communication and coordination skills. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. -Familiarity with EIT or PE certifications (preferred). -Expertise in lighting, power, and systems design packages. -4+ years of electrical design experience across building types. -Culture of belonging and longevity — average tenure over 12 years.
