Analyse absence, engagement and other people-related data to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
Share Culture Audit and survey insights, contributing to engagement and retention strategies.
Partner with Reward to deliver salary review, bonus cycles, equal pay audits and salary benchmarking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with line managers and employees, ensuring consistent communication and advice.
Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment approvals and reward recommendations.
Support secondments and international assignment processes.
Plan and facilitate People Consultancy discussions, producing high-quality insight reports.
Act as a Level 1 SMS user and manage sponsorship activity, including issuing certificates of sponsorship.
Manage complex employee relations cases, including formal absence management and occupational health referrals.
Act as the first point of contact for EDI issues within your business areas; work closely with EDI champions and working groups.
Support twice-yearly promotion cycles, including moderation and bias-interrupter activity.
Act as a trusted advisor to Discipline Directors, Discipline Leads and Unit Leads on operational and strategic HR matters.
Deputise for the Lead HR Consultant in discipline-specific meetings, including preparation for data and discipline reviews.

Collaborative, adaptable and confident managing varied priorities, deputising when needed, and supporting EDI and engagement activity.
Strong HR knowledge, including UK employment law, best practice, complex ER case management and performance/promotion processes.
Analytical and data-driven, able to interpret trends and support reward cycles (salary review, bonus).
Entitlement to two memberships to professional bodies or subscriptions.
CIPD Level 3/5 (or equivalent) or working towards; degree desirable.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted senior relationships and present clear, concise insights.
