Undertaking risk management and reporting.
Prepare and/or review time-related claims applying different methodologies/techniques based on AACE and SCL protocols.
Attend meetings with the project team to ensure the full understanding of all teams for the periodic target and the way of achieving it.
Build and apply Progress Measurement Systems (PMS).
Prepare Management presentations.
Attend claims technical meetings and coordinate with the contract administration team for purposes.
Attend meetings with Project stakeholders to ensure the full understanding of all parties of the project status.
Coordinate with the cost control team based on the project schedule.
Coordinate with the contract administration and technical team to prepare correspondence and delay notices.
Participate in providing project management and construction supervision services across major projects.
Prepare and maintain Master Programme of Works covering on-going major projects.
Build Project dashboard in line with PMS and project requirements.
Review and approve Main Contractors’ Baseline programmes (with resources and cost loading), monitor progress, report on their performance, provide recommendations for delay mitigation & recovery programme.
Analyze critical path delays and prepare cause and effect matrix.

You will be a confident self-starter, with natural leadership abilities coupled with exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, with Construction Management certification. Having UPDA Grade A is mandatory, PMP preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer with consulting firms on major projects.
