Overview
Manage and audit compliance frameworks for technical services in a hospital.

Tasks
-Prepare individual and consolidated reports for returns to Internal and external Audit Teams. -Monitor and trending of key compliance indicators producing reports to support the Senior Technical Managers and assisting with closure of associated non-conformances. -Maintaining strong personal competence in the areas specifically related to compliance matters to ensure consistent standards are maintained throughout. -Routinely consolidate performance reports for each dept and distil this into summary reports for management -Work with the Performance and Workflow Manager to prepare audit criteria audit programmes and system of non-conformance reporting and management. -Work with the Technical Services Managers to identify areas of improvement and collate improvement plans, reporting to the SLT. -Ensure monthly compliance reports are prepared for the Account Director, Head of Technical Operations and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT), verifying the accuracy and validity of each report. -Prepare and present to the Account Director and SLT, monthly/quarterly and annual performance reports in an agreed format to assist the Senior Management Team in understanding of general compliance across the business. Design and own a compliance audit plan and tools for all areas, reporting on monthly performance against plan from Industry Standards and Guidance from within the BU -Designing, producing, and delivering all the materials necessary to allow the operational leads to follow these company standards and rectification where necessary and function as initial focal point for all queries relating to all aspects of compliance as listed. -Develop, implement, and audit a compliance framework system that pulls together Regulatory, and Statutory Compliance, Service Compliance Commercial Compliance, SHEQ Compliance

What You Bring
-Familiarity with the healthcare sector, and day to day operation and maintenance of varying types of healthcare building/premises -Conversant with Healthcare guidance (HTM) a distinct advantage in the role. -Previous demonstrable management experience in the Healthcare Environment. -Quality Control ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification -Team Leadership, Finance Knowledge, Business & Technical Experience -To work within Permit to Work procedures. -5 years post qualifying relevant experience in similar role, excellent communication skills, and flexible attitude to work situations. -SHEQ Compliance
