The Role

Overview

Administrative role handling allocations, lettings, data entry and customer service.

Tasks

-Build new skills and gain hands-on experience from day one -Make outbound calls for affordability checks and sign-ups -Hit weekly targets and complete affordability assessments within 24 hours -Advertise properties and raise purchase orders for CBL agreements -Support the team with admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly -Submit data to government portals and process local authority applications

What You Bring

-Experience of working in an administrative or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements. -Proven experience building successful working relationships with stakeholders. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. -Strong record-keeping skills with knowledge of GDPR. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and specific business software. -Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

Interview Process

-stage 1: call with the hiring manager via teams on 11‑12 november. -stage 2: role‑related assessment, behavioural interview and scenario‑based interview at the bradford office on 20‑21 november, plus a pre‑completed customer service questionnaire.
