Sales Engineer

Overview

Provide technical sales support for HVAC noise control, including on-site consulting and training.

Tasks

-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate and timely technical guidance. -Occasional travel within North America and abroad for site visits, training, and customer support. -Conduct customer training sessions — in our technical centers or throughout our distributor network — to enhance understanding of products and applications. -Partner with the R&D department to provide field insights and contribute to new product development. -Assist with equipment selection, system layout reviews, and acoustical solutions for HVAC applications. -Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer visits domestically and internationally. -Support the development of marketing materials, technical documentation, and sales tools. -Collaborate with sales representatives, contractors, engineers, and building owners to provide technical and product support both in-office and on-site.

What You Bring

-Organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects and customer needs simultaneously. -Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, air movement, and vibration control. -Confident communicator — comfortable engaging with clients, leading presentations, and conducting training sessions. -Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (EIT designation preferred). -Background in HVAC systems and engineering fundamentals. -A technical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. -Previous experience in technical sales, acoustics, or noise control is considered an asset. -Outgoing and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others understand technical concepts.
