Tasks

-Manage day-to-day design issues with clients, M&E teams, Fire Consultants, Installers, Authorities, and Insurers -Ensure commercial viability and timely delivery of design packages -Work closely with Sales and Contracts to ensure smooth project handover and completion -Design fire suppression systems (HP/LP Water Mist, Sprinklers, Dry/Wet Risers, Hose Reels, Hydrants) -Complete Design Risk Assessments and ensure all design variations meet customer and regulatory standards -Conduct site surveys and create compliant designs

What You Bring

-Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of other fire suppression systems -Microsoft Office experience -Ability to produce hydraulic calculations and drawings -Knowledge of LPC Rules BS EN 12845, BS 9251, NFPA, FM Global -Full UK driving licence, willingness to travel -Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D skills a plus) -LPCB Design Exam passes (Basic, Intermediate, FHC)
