Tasks

The Firmwide BIM Lead works as part of the operations, ensuring that digital aspect of operations and project delivery aligns with company’s goals and aspirations, as well as with required internal and international standards. They perform independently, reporting to the Head of Architecture. -Work on receiving accreditation for ISO 19650 and related -Liaise with different departments within the company to extend the reach of BIM for the benefit of projects and the company (model review process, quantity surveying, site coordination and progress tracking, snagging etc.) -Liaise with all design and engineering departments in the company to record and standardize BIM workflows, templates, all with the aim of efficient design production and documentation -Manage licensing procurement for Autodesk products -Liaise with the QS department to design a process that supports quantity extraction and efficient cost control -Set up company’s OIR, AIR, and EIR -Liaise with Local Authorities on BIM approval processes

What You Bring

-Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks Manage -Practical knowledge of Revizto software -Completion of five or six-year architectural degree program -Demonstrated experience with multi-story building projects in a consulting or contracting role -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Dynamo, Python, C#, Revit API and similar tools -Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper would be an added value -Experience in creating and managing ACC -Previous experience with BIM projects during construction stage would be an added value -B. Arch or B. Sc in Architecture, with proven track record of BIM responsibilities within a multidisciplinary design team or Diploma in BIM Management from a reputable University. -Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar BIM Management role on large scale projects, including spatial coordination, QAQC, data management, with strong background in modelling
