-Track billings to match appropriate purchase orders. -Scan accounting paperwork into applicable folders. -Assist Accounting Department with ad hoc duties. -Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks while adhering to deadlines. -Perform cost adjustment entries

What You Bring

-Intermediate knowledge various accounting software. -Beginner-Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. -Construction accounting software preferred. -Organized and systematic -Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership -Proactive Problem Solver with outstanding interpersonal skills -1+ years of relevant experience.
