Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition of prime land for home building projects.

Tasks

-Work with marketing team members to monitor competitive local home building and prices -Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best price -Work with the development team to ensure efficient use of land and cost-effective completion of a finished lot -Arrange lot development -Provide accurate timing for the proposed development analysis -Work alongside marketing and production team members to complete land feasibility studies -Represent NVR in the local community -Understand and oversee site development, including local zoning, planning, and pricing

What You Bring

-2-4 years successful land acquisition experience -Bachelors degree -Skilled in land deal structuring -Background in land planning, zoning, law, and real estate -Homebuilding industry experience, a plus -Real Estate finance experience
