Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Onsite Manager located in Clearwater, FL. The Community Onsite Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the community, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules and regulations, managing vendor relationships, and providing excellent customer service to residents. The role also includes handling administrative tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting.
