The Role

Overview

Oversee MEP operations, maintenance and safety for facilities at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Tasks

-Supervise and coordinate MEP technicians and contractors in performing maintenance and repair tasks -Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety practices -Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance -Monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems -Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate timely resolution to minimize downtime -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts inventory -Assist in commissioning and handover of new MEP installations from the development team -Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend system upgrades or improvements -Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and internal quality standards -Liaise with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale facilities -Good communication and leadership skills -Problem Solving -Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and equipment -Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety protocols -Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering -Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
