-Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs -Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration -Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations -Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws -Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction -Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management -Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments -Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities

-Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience -Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) -Proficiency in financial management and reporting -certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) -Technologically sawy with experience in property management software -Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations -Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management
