  • Ideally with a ready-made gang with experienced Skilled and General Operative
  • Experience managing a gang working on civils projects.
  • Slinger / Signaller or Crane Lift Supervisor
  • Current CSCS, CPCS / NOCN or NPORS with NVQ and Plant Tickets.
  • A positive attitude towards work, along with the ability to maintain high standards of health and safety, with experience of a reporting culture.
  • Site Supervisor or Site Management training.
  • Thames Water Passport
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential.
