Tasks
-Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process. -Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. -Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. -Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently. -Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations. -Layout complex construction projects. -Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices. -Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. -Manage and follow project schedules.

What You Bring
-5 + years of commercial construction experience is required as well as previous experience as a construction superintendent. -Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner. -We provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget. -Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States as needed. -Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings. -OSHA 30 certification required.
