Overview
Manage contract delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder relations for civil projects in Invercargill.

Tasks
-Work closely with estimators to prepare accurate estimates and tenders for contracts and variations -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes -Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are met -Manage assigned contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines and financial targets -Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement to facilitate successful project delivery -Develop project methodology budgets, and programs for construction, maintenance, sealing and surfacing

What You Bring
-Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. -Experience in surfacing, sealing, or pavement construction would be advantageous -A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field -Proven experience in contract management, project delivery, and financial oversight
