Maintain and oversee ACMV systems for reliability, efficiency, and client support.

Tasks

-Maintain the plant efficiency within the plant optimal performance. -Accompany clients during PM inspections and walkthroughs, providing clear explanations of procedures and findings. -Manage and be responsible for maintaining facilities to achieve high reliability, availability, and operational requirement for ACMV system. -Monitoring on the campus energy efficiency and involvement in efficiency improvement implementations. -Facilities coordination for Annual System Shutdown and Fire Certification. -Team involvement on technical ACMV submittal and presentation. -Maintain professional and positive relationships with client representatives and facility managers. -Support the site technical team in sustainability test-bedding projects and participate in technology deployment and implementation. -Project coordination and participation with client and agencies on specific projects and assessments. -Provide timely updates on PM schedules, progress, and issues, and proactively propose solutions. -Manage and monitor performance of specialists and sub-contractors, ensuring completion of maintenance related tasks in accordance with specifications and documentation.

What You Bring

-Problem-solving skills/ Ability to plan and organize one’s work in-order to meet target set. -Diploma related to FM or Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Capable to re-solve operation issues for ACMV system as well as other operating spaces like laboratory, clean room, etc. -Relevant Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. ACMV or M&E knowledge, construction experience, -MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point. -Pro-activeness is needed -Work well under pressure with differing levels of people.
