Tasks
You’ll take full ownership of HR in the UK while leading a team of three HR Officers/Admins who support our operations in the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, and the UK. You’ll work closely with international leadership and report directly to the Director People & Organisational Development. -HR operations – Oversee day-to-day HR tasks including: -Coach and mentor middle management in a dynamic, fast moving environment. -UK HR ownership – Lead all HR activities in the UK, ensuring compliance with employment law, managing employee relations, and advising managers. -Digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes and systems, in close collaboration with our HR Project Manager -Stakeholder collaboration – Work with local workers councils (e.g., France), external (local) advisors, and partner with leaders across functions and countries. -A curious mindset and desire to grow with the business, supporting teams that keep wind turbines spinning safely and efficiently. -Recruitment coordination and interviews -Global HR processes – Support and execute centrally coordinated initiatives like engagement surveys, performance management, and talent reviews. -Team leadership – Manage and coach an international HR team, fostering collaboration and continuous development. -Change & growth support – Help navigate organizational change, support integration of new teams through acquisitions, and contribute to building scalable HR processes.

What You Bring
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid UK HR experience who’s ready to lead a small but mighty international team and make a real impact across borders. We have a slight preference for candidates located around Edinburgh. Having that said we are also open for people with the required experience based in the Netherlands (around Amersfoort) or remote workers in the UK. As long as you are willing to travel to our various locations (both in the UK and abroad) and get the job done! At Full Circle, we’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking HR Manager who’s excited to grow into a leadership role and help shape the future of our international HR operations. -Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across cultures, levels, and functions. -Compliance with local and international HR regulations -Experience in international HR environments; you know when to trust local advisors and when to step in. -Experience managing a team or being part of a management team. -HR systems and data accuracy -Solid UK HR experience and CIPD qualification, with strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
