Tasks

Lead the design and governance of data architecture for a major customer experience transformation programme. Responsible for mapping current and future data landscapes, creating data models, and ensuring seamless integration and migration across multiple systems -Develop and document as-is/to-be data landscapes -Align business process design with data architecture -Govern data quality, modelling standards, and documentation -Communicating and promoting vacancies -Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required -Create and maintain data models, taxonomies, and account hierarchies -Define data flows, integrations, and dependencies across CRM and broker systems -Identify data priorities, risks, and interdependencies -Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people -Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -Collaborate with analysts and engineers to validate requirements -Lead data migration and transformation strategies -Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job

What You Bring

-Knowledge of data migration, synchronisation, and integration -Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure-based data ecosystems (desirable) -Strong ability to produce architecture artefacts (conceptual, logical, physical models) -Proven experience as a Data Architect in complex, multi-system environments -Sector-aware, understanding how data underpins customer journeys -Familiarity with CRM data structures and integration methods -Strong stakeholder management and communication skills -Experience with data modelling, hierarchies, and taxonomies -Analytical and structured thinker -Collaborative and approachable -Sector experience in energy or utilities (essential)
