Tasks

-Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and timely experience. -Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and appropriate staff -Prepare and issue offer letters. -Support the execution of recruitment strategies aligned with broader organisational growth goals. -Engage with HR to streamline recruitment process and improve efficiency. -Contributing to the review and development of HR policies -Facilitate background checks, including medicals, reference checks and Australian work rights verifications. -Review applications and shortlist candidates. -Assisting with HR projects as the need arises -Track and report on key recruitment metrics to help assess hiring performance and pipeline health. -Draft and post job advertisements in Workday and appropriate job boards, including the company website. -Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines. -Participate in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment marketing efforts. -Maintaining employee training records ensuring all compliance requirements are met

What You Bring

-Able to set priorities and meet deadlines -Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders -Experience using Workday’s recruitment platform highly regarded -Be reliable and punctual -A bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields preferred -Three to five years’ experience in a similar recruitment role (or HR role with major exposure to recruitment) -Some travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this role -High attention to detail -Very high proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint -Experience in end-to-end recruitment
