Field Delivery Manager

Tasks

-Lead your team with confidence, making sound decisions even in ambiguous situations and driving change initiatives. -Develop and implement effective planning and organisational strategies to meet service-level targets. -Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning for both yourself and your team. -Promote collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive improvement and establish best practices. -Ensure site-specific RAMS are completed in line with Health & Safety requirements. -Oversee technician tools and equipment management, including PAT testing and calibration. Ensure adequate PPE is issued and well maintained. -Verify and implement remedial repair quotations to maintain expected business margins. -Balance commercial priorities while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

What You Bring

-Previous supervisory experience; an IOSH qualification is advantageous. -Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Apple iPad systems. -Proven experience in the HVAC industry coupled with a solid working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial settings. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. -Ability to influence, manage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
