Tasks
Support return-to-service activities, ground runs, and functional checks Mentor apprentices and promote a strong safety/quality culture Perform and certify scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and inspections on C172s Troubleshoot and resolve defects; ensure accurate technical records/logbook entries Stay current with ADs, SBs, and STCs

What You Bring
Own basic GA tool kit + valid driver’s licence Ability to work independently, flexibly, and on call AMO environment experience + SMS/QA familiarity Solid piston GA systems knowledge (airframe, powerplant, electrical, controls, etc.) Garmin G1000/GNS and basic avionics troubleshooting We’re looking for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – M1 with hands-on Cessna 172 experience to join our maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and airworthy through inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs—working directly on airframes, engines, props, and systems in line with CARs, our MPM, and SMS. Valid Transport Canada AME Licence (M1) Recent Cessna 172 type experience (within last 24 months) Additional GA piston experience (C150/152/182, Piper, Diamond, etc.)
