Field Engineer - High Voltage

Overview

Support project and construction managers with field surveys, quality control, inventory, and job closeout.

Tasks

-Assist with material inventory and receiving paperwork. -Manages project specific quality control records and ensuring that required reporting is accomplished. -Assist with final job closeout, as-builts, job binder creation. -Assist with subcontractor scheduling and management -Planning, scheduling and coordinating to ensure that all required audits/inspections are performed and documented. -Assist with RFI (Request for Information) submittals. -Performs field survey work in regards to layout and tracking of work activities, utilizing PC based software and GPS station/field equipment.

What You Bring

-Preferred experience with some or all of this software: ProCore, E-builder, View Point, Build to Win -Familiarity with GPS and Surveying Equipment -Strong blue print reading/interpretation skills. -Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status) -Strong communication skills. Verbal and written. -Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly -100% Project Specific travel is required. -Previous construction experience desired. -Bachelor’s degree (construction management, civil engineering or equivalent) preferred -Process driven with a strong attention to details. -Proficiency with Microsoft suites program.
