-Assist with event promotion and communication to URA officers -Assist in planning and coordinating HR events including Staff Appreciation Awards, Scholarship Ceremony, and Family Day, etc -Help develop event timelines and track project milestones -Assist with event planning and execution -Develop project management and stakeholder coordination skills -Designing of promotional materials -Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors -Support end-to-end event management
